आयु की गणना 31.08.2026 के हिसाब से होगी। Reserved category (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD) के candidates को Government of India guidelines के अनुसार upper age limit में relaxation मिलेगी। Candidates एक से ज्यादा post के लिए भी apply कर सकते हैं, बशर्ते वो हर post की eligibility पूरी करते हों।
हर Post की Qualification & Experience
Qualification: MBA/PGDM (reputed college/university से) — Preferred: CFP / CFA / NISM V-A / NISM 21-A
Experience: Wealth Management/Retail Banking/AMCs में Sales Team manage करने का minimum 15 साल का experience, जिसमें से कम से कम 8 साल Relationship Managers और Team Leads की बड़ी टीम लीड करने का experience (preferably Wealth Management Firms या AMCs में) होना चाहिए।
Job Profile: Wealth Management के लिए marketing strategy बनाना, RM teams का performance manage करना, sales targets achieve करना, compliance ensure करना, और customer satisfaction बनाए रखना।
Qualification: MBA/PGDM (recognized college/university) या CA/CFA — Preferred: NISM Investment Advisor/Research Analyst Certificate/CFP/NISM 21A या 21B
Experience: Equity Research/Products में Wealth Management, AMC (Mutual Funds) या Banks में minimum 5 साल का experience। Preferred skills में Equity/Fixed Income Research में 8 साल, local/global economic trends की जानकारी, और Bloomberg/Reuters/Morning Star/CRISIL जैसे tools में proficiency शामिल है।
Job Profile: Product notes, market updates और investment outlook तैयार करना, equity market पर forward-looking view बनाना, PMS/AIF/MF/Structured Products की due diligence करना, और Market Data Aggregators के साथ coordination करना।
Qualification: MBA/PGDM (Government recognised University/Institution से)
Experience: Bank/Wealth Management Firms/Broking Firms में minimum 5 साल का Post-Qualification experience, जिसमें Wealth Management area के business processes का experience preferred है।
Job Profile: Sales force activities monitor करना, CRM implement करना, process implementation manage करना, annual planning/budgeting में मदद करना, P&L manage करना, और industry trends/competitors को track करना।
Qualification: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MBA/MMS/PGDM/PGDBM (Government recognized University/Institution से)
Experience: Banking Technology में minimum 4 साल का experience, preferably किसी business function में।
Job Profile: Technology partners के साथ relationships manage करना, business requirements को IT team तक communicate करना, नई development/integration/bug-fixes के लिए Bank IT teams के साथ coordinate करना, और technology interfaces के लिए operating manuals बनाना।
Qualification: किसी भी discipline में Graduate (Government recognised University/Institution से)

Job Profile: Daily operations, AMC coordination, CPA generation/upload, End-of-Day activities, नए investor documents upload करना, और order reconciliation जैसे कार्य।

Contract period 5 साल का है, जिसे बैंक अपने discretion पर 4 साल और बढ़ा सकती है, कुछ शर्तों के पूरा होने पर। CTC में Fixed Pay, Conveyance/Mobile/Medical Allowances और Performance Linked Pay (PLP) शामिल है — PLP, performance rating के आधार पर Fixed Pay का 0% से 35% तक हो सकता है, और Annual Increment Band 0% से 25% के बीच है। Officers को साल में 30 days की leave मिलेगी, और contract को 2 महीने के notice period पर दोनों तरफ से terminate किया जा सकता है।
Selection Process
Selection process में कोई written exam नहीं है — सिर्फ Shortlisting और Interview-cum-CTC Negotiation होती है।
- Shortlisting: सिर्फ minimum qualification/experience पूरा करने से interview call मिलने की guarantee नहीं है। Shortlisting committee अपने parameters तय करके जरूरी संख्या में candidates को shortlist करती है
- Interview: कुल 100 marks का होता है, qualifying marks बैंक खुद तय करता है
- CTC Negotiation: Interview के दौरान या बाद में, merit order के हिसाब से CTC पर negotiation होती है। अगर candidate offered CTC से सहमत नहीं है, तो उसे process से voluntarily exit माना जाएगा और merit में अगले candidate को मौका मिलेगा
- Merit List: सिर्फ interview marks के आधार पर descending order में बनेगी; equal marks होने पर ज्यादा उम्र वाले candidate को प्राथमिकता मिलेगी
