Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our web application that connects with Meta’s Graph API (Instagram / Facebook).
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following limited data when you connect your Instagram Business or Creator Account:
- Basic profile details (name, username, account ID)
- Public business-account insights
- Messages you choose to send using our tool
- Access Token (temporary, for authentication)
We do not collect passwords, payment details, or private user content.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used only for these purposes:
- To authenticate your Instagram account through Meta Graph API
- To send messages that you authorize to selected profiles
- To show performance and message-delivery reports within the app
We never sell, rent, or permanently store your personal data.
3. Data Retention & Security
- Temporary access tokens are stored securely and deleted within 24 hours of session end.
- We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all communication.
- All messages are processed in real time and not retained after delivery.
4. Data Sharing
We do not share any user data with third parties, except Meta Platforms Inc. (Instagram / Facebook) as required for authorized API requests.
5. User Rights
You may:
- Revoke app access anytime from your Facebook / Instagram settings
- Request deletion of all stored data by emailing us at support@probillbook.com
- Stop using the app at any time — no data is retained afterward.
6. Children’s Privacy
Our application is intended only for users 18 years and older.
We do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally.
Changes will be reflected with a new “Last Updated” date at the top.
