Educational Qualification

Important Service Conditions
- Bank अपनी मर्ज़ी से Mumbai/Navi Mumbai के किसी भी Dispensary में Posting दे सकता है, और एक या ज़्यादा Dispensary से Attach कर सकता है।
- Pharmacist, Bank के Regular Employee नहीं होंगे और Regular Staff की सुविधाओं के हकदार नहीं होंगे।
- Bank बिना कारण बताए/Notice दिए कभी भी Service बंद कर सकता है।
- Bank के Affairs में Strict Secrecy रखनी होगी।
- Engagement से पहले Agreement पर Sign करना होगा, जिसमें Non-Disclosure Clause भी शामिल है।
Selection Process
Shortlisting
Candidates को इन आधारों पर Shortlist किया जाएगा: कुल Educational Qualification (PG/Degree/Diploma), Candidate के घर से Bank के Dispensaries की दूरी, और PSBs/PSUs/Government Organizations/RBI में Experience।
Interview
Shortlisted Candidates का Interview होगा। सिर्फ Eligibility पूरी करने से Interview Call का Right नहीं बनता — Bank Interview के लिए Standards बढ़ा भी सकता है। Interview के लिए कोई TA/HA या अन्य Allowance नहीं मिलेगा।
Medical Examination & Document Verification

अगर Candidate अभी किसी संस्था में Pharmacist के रूप में काम कर रहा है, तो उसकी Detail और Working Hours भी Form में बतानी होंगी।
Reserved Category Candidates के लिए Certificates
- SC/ST/OBC: Central Government की नियुक्तियों के लिए बना Prescribed Proforma वाला Certificate ही मान्य है, जिसमें Caste, उसे SC/ST/OBC मानने वाला Act/Order और Candidate का Village/Town साफ लिखा हो।
- Caste/Community का नाम और Spelling Central List में बिल्कुल वैसी होनी चाहिए — ज़रा सा अंतर होने पर Certificate Accept नहीं होगा।
- OBC: Certificate में Non-Creamy Layer का Clause होना चाहिए और वह 1 April 2026 के बाद Issue हुआ होना चाहिए। Creamy Layer वाले OBC Candidates को Reservation नहीं मिलेगा।
- OBC (Migrated Candidates): OBC Claim उस State के हिसाब से तय होगा जहाँ Candidate के पिता मूल रूप से Belong करते हैं।
- EWS: Income & Asset Certificate चाहिए, जो Financial Year 2025-26 का हो और 2026-27 के लिए Valid हो, Government of India के Prescribed Format में, Competent Authority द्वारा Issued।
Code of Conduct (Annex II) — मुख्य Points
- Bank के अधिकारियों के सभी Orders/Directions का पालन करना होगा।
- Bank और उसके Customers के Affairs की Strict Secrecy रखनी होगी।
- Politics में Active Part, Trade Union की Membership या Strike में भाग लेना मना है।
- Bank के बारे में बिना लिखित Permission के Press में कुछ भी देना मना है।
- किसी Employee से Gift मांगना/लेना मना है।
- Duty से बिना Permission Absent नहीं हो सकते; Alternate Arrangement भी एक बार में 5 दिन से ज़्यादा का नहीं हो सकता।
- अपनी Service को किसी और को Outsource नहीं कर सकते।
- Duty के दौरान या सार्वजनिक स्थान पर नशे की स्थिति में रहना मना है।
- Workplace पर Sexual Harassment पूरी तरह वर्जित है।
- Patients को Refer करने/Recommend करने पर किसी भी तरह का Gift, Commission या Bonus लेना-देना मना है।
